Tadalista is a medication that contains tadalafil, which has a half-life of about 17.5 hours. The half-life refers to the time it takes for half of the drug to be eliminated from your system.

Generally, it takes about 5 half-lives for a drug to be eliminated from the body. So, for Tadalista, it would take around 88 hours (about 3.5 days) for it to be mostly cleared from your system. However, this can vary depending on factors like your metabolism, age, kidney function, and how often you've used the medication.

If you have any concerns about how Tadalista might affect you or your specific situation, it's always a good idea to check in with your doctor.
