Jeg har snakket med Jan Arild i NOF som er en av de som har ansvaret for dette, og jeg fikk da vite at det ikke kommer til å bli implementert fakturahåndtering i Eventor i år. Jeg skulle eventuelt ta kontakt før neste sesong og høre status da.

Da jeg prøvde det for et år siden virket det veldig lovende, så det er synd at det ikke har blitt ferdig.

Etter en forespørsel til e-postadressen nevnt under "Hjelp og support" i menyen over så fikk jeg dette svaret i vår:

"Vi testet fakturering noen få uker i fjor

Sverige har implementert det, de har funnet flere ting som skal rettes/forbedres

Vi har derfor valgt å vente med å ta fakturering inn i Norsk Eventor inntil tingene fungere som forventet"

Hvis noen som har løp nå i høst kan tenke seg funksjonen så kan dere kanskje prøve en ny henvendelse nå, for å høre status? Vi trenger ikke noe før til våren ...

Hvor finner jeg denne funksjonaliteten?

Jeg ser nå at denne funksjonaliteten har blitt innført og ser ut til å virke, så bra! :)

To spørsmål/tilbakemeldinger:

1. Feltet "Kontotype" som kan fylles ut med feltene "Bankgiro", "Plusgiro", "BankAccount" og "Other" er litt uklar. "Plusgiro" er vel ikke noe vi har i Norge, så jeg regner med at dette bare en noe som henger igjen fra svensk Eventor. Her savner jeg muligheten for å be mottakeren om å skrive en bestemt melding i meldingsfeltet på betalinga (og KID for de som behøver det), og da ha mulighet til putte inn kodeord som <mottakerklubb> som Eventor automatisk erstattet med klubbnavnet som mottar fakturaen.

2. Jeg savner også mulighet for å se status for utøveren som løp løpet, altså om utøveren har status DSQ, DNS, DNF, OK eller andre ting.

Uansett vil denne funksjonaliteten lette faktureringsarbeidet betraktlig fremover :)

Ønsker en løsning i Eventor for å generere fakturaer etter løp. En minimumsløsning er jo å kunne generere PDF'er som så håndteres manuelt videre av arrangør.

Helst ser jeg at Eventor kan besørge utsendingen. Dette kan jo tenkes løst ved at det går en mail til deltakerklubb med lenke til ei fakturaside i Eventor, der deltakerklubb kan lese betalingsinformasjon, evt. velge å skrive ut PDF.

Viderre kan man sikert tenke mulighet for å sende purringer og endre status på fakturaen til "betalt".

Integrert betalingsløsning er vel kanskje et stykke fram ...
