Mira (Portugal), February 11–19, 2026

This winter, our training camp heads to Portugal, specifically to the coastal area around Mira. The preliminary program includes technical training sessions and participation in the Portugal O Meeting.

As always, the most important step is to book your flights as early as possible to minimize travel costs. The main airport to use is Lisbon (LIS), and the recommended options from Oslo are listed below.

Accommodation
Accommodation is pre-booked for up to 30 athletes at Granny’s House (Praia de Mira), offering an ideal location close to both training areas and competition venues. Rooms are double or triple, and breakfast is included. The accommodation also provides a small kitchen for self-catering.
Given the limited kitchen space, it is advisable to organize a common catering service for dinners, at a low additional cost per runner.

Financial information
Each athlete is responsible for covering their own flight costs, so please make your bookings as soon as possible.
The club’s camp cost is 6000 NOK per person, with up to 50% covered for focus-group runners. This amount does not include food, except for one common team dinner organized by the club. Exact financial coverage will be announced at the kick-off meeting. If anyone has questions regarding Financial support, just contact Anja or Emil.

Deadline for securing your place: Monday, 17/11 23:59. After this date, we cannot guarantee a spot if you are not registered.
