| Information | After 25manna we will have spend some trainingdays in relevant terrain for 10mila 2025. This is the start of our preperation for relay season 2025. We will accomodate in huts or similiar near Finspång. Pre-program: Sunday: 25manna medeln Monday: 2 relevant session Tuesday: 2 relevant sessoins (1 of of the full speed) Wednesday: 1 relevant session + travel home Economics: Tyrving will pay travel (1800kr own payment for 25manna) + accomodation + trainingmaps for potensial 1st/2nd team runner.
