On the weekend of 16-17th Mach there will be usual AOOK camp, and this year it will be held in Halden area. 

The overnight camp is exclusively for juniors but the trainings are open also to elite runners.

PROGRAMME

Saturday 16.03
-Økt 1 (morning): Mass start training on Helden O-Meeting relevent terrain
Meeting point HERE

-Økt 2 (afternoon): Multi tecnical training starting from Halden SK clubhouse 

Sunday 17.03
-Økt 3 (morning): Long distance training with loops starting from Halden SK clubhouse

ENTRIES
Juniors taking part to the camp with overnight stay, select "junior camp"  and it will include all the trainings.
Others, please mark the training that you are planning to join.

All can take shower and eat at the club hourse
